Overnight Oats

Oats, fruit, nut butter. Simple, classic, healthy.


1/2 cup rolled old fashioned oats

1/2 cup fruit (I like fresh blueberries or 1 small/medium banana)

1/2 milk of choice (I like unsweetened almond milk)

1 tbsp nut butter (I like almond butter with blueberries or peanut butter with banana)

optional- granola and cinnamon)


In a small bowl or mug, combine oats and milk, stir to combine

Add fresh fruit (wait to add banana until ready to eat)

Drizzle with nut butter

If adding granola- wait to add until ready to eat

I like to make 2 or 3 of these at a time and store in the fridge for up to one week. When I have a busy morning, I know I have a healthy breakfast ready to go. Switching up the fruit or nut butters keeps you from getting bored with this super satisfying breakfast or snack.
